Preparing to swim the English Channel is a months-long endeavor. We recorded a woman training in the North Sea (click on the image below for the final video) before leaving for a handbike race in the Alps. The athletes have spinal cord injuries and their efforts are inspiring. And finally, Paris, because you just have to unwind after these shoots. 😀
